Dublin Airport stopped all flights on Thursday due to heavy snowfall, and Aer Lingus (the previous state carrier) cancelled all their flights From Dublin for the remainder of the day, apart from 1 flight to New York, and one to London Heathrow

 
‘The flight schedule at Dublin Airport this afternoon has been considerably affected with many flight cancellations,’
 

a spokesperson of the airport said.
 

‘If conditions don’t favour that, the time moves back further,’

The flight info screen showed many of the departures of ALL airlines cancelled until about 1900 (GMT). The airport is also the headquaters of Europes largest airline, Ryanair.
 
Britain saw disturbances that caused £3.5billion when heavy snowstorms struck. On Thursday, some flights in Britain were still suspended.
 
Many Flights are reported as cancelled at London Luton Airport, Gatwick Airportand also there are reported delays and cancelled Flights at Stansted Airport.
