Brickwork India – Outsource to Crème de la Crème of Outsourcing…

Let’s face it; times are tough in the world of business at the moment. So much so, that many people are taking serious steps to cut costs with their business in whatever ways they can.

The thing is, any businessman or entrepreneur that knows their stuff will tell you that cutting costs is not the only way to protect your business in times of financial strife. Another, perhaps more productive way would be to ensure your business is running in an efficient manner. The trouble is, what with trying to watch the purse strings, and to keep as many clients happy as possible to make sure your business is staying afloat, how do you find the time to do all the admin and research/paperwork that is necessary to have an efficiently run business?

One way that you can achieve this, as we recently found out, is by outsourcing. Whilst you have to be careful who you choose for your outsourcing partner, there are good companies out there.

We recently had cause to outsource a small project, and chose brickwork, in India. These guys were so professional it is incredible. Normally, the job they did gives the guys and gals in the office a serious headache. Without going into too much detail for privacy reasons, let’s just say that brickwork had to communicate effectively with people running over 20 websites, whilst maintaining our company’s professional image, and keep records of everything that was done.

This task was all handled by one guy over at brickwork, called Imran. This was our REA (Remote Executive Assistant)

The Brickwork REAs are all educated to a high standard. Well, pretty much all outsource companies say this, so initially we took it with a pinch of the proverbial salt! – But after working with our REA, Imran, we found their claim to be more than true.

The Brickwork REA handled our project in a timely and professional manner, and even managed to negotiate a better deal for us than we had hoped for.

What’s more, the REA, at the end of the project, handed us excel sheets with every detail we could have asked for.

Whilst this may seem like a bit of an advert, I would ask you believe me when I say that everything mentioned in the post is real. We are so impressed with the work this company, and more specifically our REA did for us, that whilst we cannot reveal the exact jobs the company did for us due to client confidentiality and deals still being worked on, we wanted to say thank you to them by telling the world (or anyone that reads this!) how good they are.

This was our first ever outsourcing project, and we will be using these guys again, you can count on that.
